ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lee Yen Anderson’s first memories of Yoga was at an ancient holy cave in Malaysia with her parents for a Family Yoga Class when she was about 8 years old. She came back seriously to her mat in her 30s when she suffered a health crisis from a stressful two years of raising her 2 year old son while pursuing a Masters degree in International Environmental Policy at University of California, San Diego. Having personally experienced the healing powers of Yoga and wanting to share that knowledge, she recently completed a 200-hour ISHTA Yoga Teacher Training course. She is currently training to be a certified Aroma Yoga teacher. As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, she works to empower her clients with knowledge about eating nourishing whole foods to find digestive balance within their bodies. She is the founder of The Scentsible Tribe, a community of like-minded members that use Young Living Essential Oils as one of the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
